Karen Smith has a vast wealth of experience in care, having worked in residential homes, hospitals and Dementia centres. She believes passionately in the value of the service provided to elderly and frail members of the community.

Karen is dedicated to quality care. She regularly checks with clients, monitors care staff through supervisions and conducts spot checks.

Karen liaises with local Health and Social Care professionals and works to support her dedicated team of carers.

Karen is currently working towards a BTEC Diploma in Leadership RQF level 5 in Management for Adult Care. Outside work she enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs.
