The carers team are the eyes and ears of the service. They are the main interface with clients, so communication and management support are crucial.
All carers hold the Care Certificate as a minimum and are encouraged to develop their skills further, with many holding Health and Social Care Levels 2 and 3.

Karen Smith has a vast wealth of experience in care, having worked in residential homes, hospitals and Dementia centres. She believes passionately in the value of the service provided to elderly and frail members of the community.
